My name is Tanya, and I’m a nutritionist and naturopath. Nutrition has always been a significant part of my life, perhaps because I grew up watching my father, a chef, create delicious dishes using fresh ingredients, herbs, and spices. I spent countless hours in the kitchen, fascinated by the alchemy of transforming simple, wholesome foods into something nourishing and delicious.
My passion for nutrition deepened when I moved from South Africa to the UK. The change in environment and diet wreaked havoc on my skin, and I experienced first hand how the wrong types of food can impact health. More recently, I’ve turned to nutrition to navigate other health challenges, further reinforcing my belief in the transformative power of food and herbs.
